Hakkoryu Shingitai Dojo
The Hakkoryu Shingitai Dojo is located in Massachusetts about 40 miles south west of Boston in the village of Hopedale.
Shingitai generally translates from Japanese to English as "Spirit, Technique, Health".  The school offers instruction in
Hakkoryu, a traditional form of Japanese Jujutsu and the Koho Shiatsu method of acupressure.  The dojo was formally

established as a registered Hakkoryu dojo (#272) with the Hombu Dojo in Omiya, Japan in 2014.

Receiving Makimono from Nidai Soke Okuyama

I am honored to have received this Makimono from the Okuyama family. I would like to thank Nidai Soke Okuyama, Sandai Soke, Shihan Joseph Miller, and my sensei, Shihan Larry Garron for all of the knowledge that they have all passed on to me. I am truly blessed.
Respectfully,
Shihan Larry Cellucci

Larry Cellucci who is Sandaikichu Nana Dan Larry Garron's student came to Japan to complete his Shihan training at the Hakkoryu Honbu from February 20th through March the 1st, 2015. Shihan Larry completed his training with SDK Shihan Joe Miller and Waka Sensei Takashi Okuyama Hakkoryu's future Sandai Soke. Here are some of the pictures taken during his training.
